Bahaha Boston.
Then another guy entered, a short man wearing Croqs, and decided to stir up trouble. By commenting on the big salad. The two men almost got into a fight (over the big salad) and "big salad" was said another twenty or so times. The bartender had to yell at them and told them if they were going to fight, they had to take it outside. He didn't want them talking to each other. Then the big salad was brought up again. And then they finally gave up.
We left and decided to buy beer on the walk home, stopping at the liquor store we've been to a few times. As we were paying for the six pack of Coronas, the guy ringing us in asked us what we were up to tonight. Without shame, I told him we were going home to watch Daisy of Love. He didn't know what we were talking about. The other guy that worked there interrupted and was familiar with Daisy, but we had to explain that it was trashy reality TV about a trashy girl who was famous for being on another trashy show.
When we left, we ended up walking behind people with a dog that kept barking at people. It barked at a homeless man. The homeless guy's response was "down, killah! Someone get this dog a Milkbone!"
...big salad.

Last week I fell asleep in a window. Two days ago I fell asleep on the roof.

Random thing I love:
Sometimes my Boston accent slips into Long Island Jew, which makes no sense because I'm not from Long Island, nor am I anywhere close to Jewish.

It's the final countdown
Quotes remind me of people.
“I think there's something peculiar about me that I haven't died. It doesn't make sense but I refuse to die.” ~Judy Garland. That one reminds me of Jocelyn. Don't know why. Jocelyn's a stubborn girl, an April only-child like myself, but more determined and also blonde.
“People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone.” ~Audrey Hepburn. Morgan. Because she never throws anyone away.
"There are many things in your heart you can never tell to another person. They are you, your private joys and sorrows, and you can never tell them. You cheapen yourself, the inside of yourself, when you tell them." ~Greta Garbo. Chess. Because I don't think I've hit something I haven't been able to tell her yet.
“Joey : Pheebs, you wanna help?
Phoebe : Oh, I wish I could, but I really don't want to.” ~Friends. Becca. Because she appreciates the show just as much as I do. And loves it a little too much. Just like I do.
"For beautiful eyes look for the good in others, for beautiful lips speak only words of kindness, and for poise walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."~Audrey Hepburn. Rachel. Because she's a geniunely nice person and beautiful inside and out.
This entry was longer than I expected. Time for zombies.
Poker Face is about bisexuality. Ahh! They're everywhere! The queers are everywhere!

Randoms.
2. I have to give two presentations on Monday. Which means I'm going to be nervous the whole damn day.
3. Out of curiosity, I counted things on my bookshelves. Ninety three movies on DVD, sixty three seasons of television on DVD, fifty two movies on VHS. I gave up trying to count books. That's a lie. I just didn't want to count anymore.
4. I email/Facebook too much.
5. How do you get to know someone without seeming creepy?

I've lost it.
Words have failed me. I don't know how it happened, or when. All I know is that blank pages used to be empty with possibility and I dreaded them a lot less than I do now. Creativity and promise used to mix with the blood in my veins. Now all that's in there is coffee and some nostalgia combined with the want for European cities and gelato. I think I stopped believing in reality when I was at the castle, because we all were focusing on the present instead of the future. I've never gotten over that. It was a semester of self discovery and perfection that was cut short and ended with sleepiness and impatience in an airport in Detroit. One three month period of clarity that stands out in the years of discomfort and "ugh, shoot me now"s that seem to define specific weeks in Boston. This is the week that everyone is unhappy and everything goes wrong; the last thing I want to concentrate on right now is schoolwork, and the blank pages my papers are supposed to be written on are screaming at me because I haven't started. When I was four, I wanted to be a writer. That continued until I was nineteen, and now I stay away from it as much as I can. I've lost the ability to concentrate. My want for anything un-material is almost gone; I've stopped craving love and friendship and now only want to buy shoes, dresses, television on DVD, and books. Maybe a few more pillows to fall into and rest on. Continuous plane tickets to elsewhere. Everything I want to see and do has a monetary value. Paris for 900, Barcelona for 800, New Zealand for 1300, Dubrovnik for 1000. The dots on Orbitz's website blink in time to the Jason Mraz song softly coming out of my speakers, but don't help. Our name is our virtue.

I clammed that. (Playing with Wikipedia and Google.)
Other notable festivals during the year include the Christmas-themed "Holly Folly", "Bear Week", "Mate's Leather Weekend", "Women's Week", "Family Week", "Single Men's Weekend", "Provincetown International Film Festival" and the "Provincetown Jazz Festival." In October, Provincetown sees the arrival of transvestite, transgender and transsexual people for the annual Fantasia Fair. Started in 1975, it is the longest running event of its kind in the USA.
The Cape Cod Canal Railroad Bridge carries railway freight as well as passenger service.
Cedarville is the southeasternmost village in Plymouth, Massachusetts, United States. The village borders Sagamore Beach and Bournedale, both of which are villages of Bourne.
Plymouth (historically known as Plimouth and Plimoth) is a town in Plymouth County, Massachusetts, United States. It is the largest municipality in Massachusetts by area.[5]
Plymouth Rock is one of Plymouth's most famous attractions. Traditionally, the rock is said to be the disembarkation site of the Pilgrims. However, there is no historical evidence to support this theory. The first identification of Plymouth Rock as the actual landing site was made in 1741 by 94-year-old Thomas Faunce, whose father had arrived in Plymouth in 1623, three years after the arrival of the Mayflower.[69] The rock is located roughly 650 feet (200 m) from where the initial settlement was thought to be built.
Plymouth Rock became very famous after its identification as the supposed landing site of the Pilgrims, and was subsequently moved to a location in Plymouth Center. During the process, the rock split in two. It was later moved to Pilgrim Hall and then to a location under a granite Victorian Canopy, where it was easily accessible and subject to souvenir hunters. The rock was finally moved back to its original location along the town's waterfront in 1921. "Plymouth Rock", a large boulder, now sits under a granite canopy designed by famed astronomical illustrator Chesley Bonestell, who also designed the Chrysler Building gargoyles and contributed to the design of the Golden Gate Bridge. The rock is the centerpiece of Pilgrim Memorial State Park. The park is the smallest park in the Massachusetts state forest and park system, but is also the most heavily visited.[70]

Yesterday, a group of people called me an emu, which I looked up on google, and it is a bird that can't fly, so they were wrong, because I can fly.
Also, this thing won't let Jessa comment. TODAY IS JUST BAD.
I'm going to spend the day reading for classes, finishing S1 of Lost, (re)reading the third Twilight book, memorizing some Spanish, playing Wii Fit, and pouting.

It's 1 am and I made a pot of coffee for no reason.
I keep waiting for you but you never come
Is this in my head? I don't know what to think
He knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring
And said, marry me Juliet
You'll never have to be alone
I love you and that's all I really know
I talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress
It's a love story baby just say yes
I'm so ashamed that I downloaded this song and have kept it on repeat. I know I like cheesy things, but this takes the cake. Something's wrong with me. I feel guiltier listening to this than I do listening to the HSM movie soundtracks.
Nicole: did not work
Heather: wtf
Heather: fail
Nicole: yeah
Nicole: then my computer cord brushed up against her leg and she knocked over cookies
