The trip is more mentally and emotionally draining than I thought it would be. We've been doing a lot of thinking and talking about the area and the issues we're coming into contact with. I love this place a lot more than I thought I would (I'll elaborate on that when I get home) and am coming to love the people I'm on the trip with. They're great and I'm so glad I'm getting to know some of them. Today is our day off and we're going to the beach for a few hours. We went to one for an hour today and it was amazing.
In a nutshell, I'm happy.
